About Us
The Fields Club Swim Team is a summer recreational team that averages about 150 swimmers each summer. We are committed to creating a rewarding experience for youth to learn competitive swimming, while enjoying a fun and healthy summer activity and fostering community.
The coaching staff works on many aspects of competitive swimming skills, including all the strokes, along with diving starts and turns. The practice and drills make it fun and exciting for kids to learn and improve. At the end of summer, many of our swimmers continue in the sport by participating in year-round swim programs throughout the area.
The Fields Club Swim Team is part of the Gwinnett County Swim League (GCSL). The GCSL is composed of 40 teams with about 5,000 swimmers ages 4 to 18. Established in 1973, GCSL is a summertime league with meets starting in May and concluding in July with a County Championship Meet. The GCSL strives to encourage children to live an active and healthy life through swimming.
