Junior Coaches
A Junior Swim Coach is an active Fields Club swim team member who works directly with the Head Coach/Assistant Coach and staff to provide stroke instruction, mentoring and motivation to younger swimmers. Junior coaches must be 15 or older and go through an application and interview process with the coaching staff.
