The Fields Club Swim Team

1. If you have a child swimming in the meet, 1 parent is required to volunteer for 1/2 of the meet.
2. Login to the swim team website: fieldsclub.swimtopia.com
3. Locate Upcoming Events on the right side
4. Click on Meet # under Upcoming Events or click HERE
5. Click on Meet Entry
6. Click on Edit (check swimmer attending/not attending)
7. Click SAVE at the bottom of the page
8. Click on Blue "Sign up For Job Shifts", select the name of volunteer
9. Check to Sign up (if you roll your mouse over the "i" you can read the description of each job and the requirements)
10. Click SAVE ASSIGNMENTS at bottom of the page
11. Before the meet starts, check in at the Check-in table
